A personalised home visit from Santa is priced at £30 for up to two children. For each additional child, there is an additional charge, with a maximum of five children per visit. For groups larger than five, please contact us directly for availability and customised pricing.

Our Santa visits typically last between 10 to 15 minutes, with the duration tailored to the children's comfort and engagement. We adjust the visit based on their interaction to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience.

We originally introduced doorstep visits in response to COVID-19 restrictions, ensuring the magic of Christmas remained alive during challenging times. Now, we are delighted to offer the option of indoor visits, allowing children to stay warm and enjoy a more immersive experience. Whether you prefer Santa to remain in the hallway or join your family in the lounge, dining room, or another area, we are happy to accommodate your comfort. A photo by the Christmas tree has proven to be a cherished tradition year after year.

Santa is typically accompanied by his elf, Candycane, who assists with engaging the children and can help take photos, if required.

If you have purchased any of our additional gift options, such as the personalised scroll, magic Christmas bell, or a cookie from Mrs. Claus's kitchen, Santa will bring these with him and present them to the children. Should you wish for Santa to distribute gifts you have pre-purchased, you may either leave them on the doorstep for Santa to collect and hand out, or discreetly place them within the home. Santa will then delight the children by saying he used a touch of Christmas magic to hide the gifts during their visit, prompting them to search for them. Please inform us in advance if you would like to opt for this experience.
